For inquiry we have to make a machine that involves forces.My group is doing catapults with rubber bands.

On Friday 28th may the totara syncaite had the amazing race I was with Lachie and Ryan and my mum.We had to travel up the centre of New Zealand,to Founders park,Miyaz park and the cathedral.It was really tiring but our team got 840 points out of a possible 1010 points.

Deforestation

Deforestation is a large amount of trees being cut down by humans which is humans changing the world. Now I am going to explain how deforestation can make big changes to the world.

All over the world deforestation is clearing on a massive scale. People think that the 30% of the earths land is going too disappeared in a little over one hundred years.

Forests are cut down for many different reasons but mainly for money and to grow livestock and crops. If we did not have trees and forests we would have no paper and would not survive and not have wood.

Did you know that logging operations which provide the worlds wood and paper products cut down countless trees each year? This is one of the reasons why we should not cut down trees.

Inquriy

For inquriy I am looking at deforestation and how it changes the world the world.I have to look at many sites on the computer.

In the weekend I played rugby we lost by 55 5 and my brother scored our teams only try.We were playing at Neale park and we played Stoke Red

On the wendesday the last week of term our class findout awards .I presented rugby sevens which won the year five hardcopy.I won a block of chocolate.The other winners were Ronan who won the year five digital.Ben R won the year six hardcopy and Toby won the year six digital.
